修改my.ini文件
这步执行完后，就再bin下面生成一个data文件夹。默认密码为空
接下去就是去修改密码了
启动mysql服务器后
mysql> set password for root@localhost = password('123456');
接下去就是要去生成一个mysql的服务（记住要用system的权限去操作，要不就会报Install/Remove of the Service Denied!错误）
